Workshop on Effective Communication and Client Service

On 5th January 2022, non-teaching staff of The Yenepoya School attended a workshop conducted by Prof. Joselyn Lobo, retired Dean and Associate Professor of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Managalore.

The workshop began with an energizing activity at 1: PM and concluded at 4:30 PM.

The workshop was an interactive one, covering topics on types of communication, importance of verbal and Non-verbal communication, listening, reading and writing skills.

The workshop was well facilitated and all the members of Admin Staff benefitted from it greatly.
