Vegetables and fruits are an important part of a healthy diet, and variety is as important as quantity. A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect on your health in general. The Yenepoya School, in connection with the Romanian Project, in collaboration with a school in Romania ,organized an online assembly “ The Harmony of Nature 2021”, on October 6, 2021. The program began with an introduction by the MC Samarah Shahid Nafeesa, Student of Class 2. Following the invocation of God’s blessings by Aiza Mohammed, Student of Montessori 3, the school anthem was played which filled everyone present with zest and elation. Inaaya, Student of Montessori 3, welcomed the gathering with a hearty and enthusiastic speech.

The prominence of the event was presented by Aarush Sai, Student of Class 1. Our highly esteemed and invigorating Principal, Mrs Grace Noronha threw light on the importance of having a healthy diet. She encouraged everyone to practice healthy eating which would in turn boost one’s immunity and shared tips of how to inculcate this habit. A wonderful display by our tiny tots on healthy herbal foods and drinks gave everyone a greater understanding on how to instill good eating habits in their lives. Attab Armar, student of class 1, delivered the vote of thanks. The show was concluded with the playing of the national anthems of both countries.
