To commemorate Kargil Diwas 2020, The Yenepoya School conducted its very first Online Assembly for the academic year. The Assembly was conducted by the Students of Grade 10A, along with the whole hearted participation from their Principal, Campus Director, Teachers and fellow students. The MC for the Assembly was Amna Javed. The Assembly began with a Prayer song by Sarah Xavier and School Anthem by Mr. Cony Rodrigues, Music Teacher. The pledge was led by Raymond Nicholas, followed by the Welcome Speech by Liya Khathija Haider. Shwetha of Grade 9A, read out the Importance of the Day and told the gathering more about The Kargil War. On this day, our Principal, Mr. Joseph Mechirath and Campus Director, Mrs. Mishria Javeed, also spoke a few words.

The programme concluded with The Vote of Thanks by Zaina Salena and ended on a touching note, while listening to our National Anthem.
