The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that our health is of outmost importance to us. Self care is crucial at a time like this and we must strive to achieve a healthy body and a happy mind. The practice of Yoga is something that has the power to heal your entire body. It teaches us to discipline our mind and enhances our mental power.

We at The Yenepoya School, celebrated the International Yoga Day on a virtual platform. Students from various grades demonstrated different asanas with much fervor and enthusiasm.
