At TYS children are not treated as receptacles to be filled with facts and information. On the contrary, their inherent curiosity is nurtured and used to aid their learning. The teacher’s role is not to ‘tell’ but to ignite the fire in the children to discover and become self-learners. For this to happen she creates an environment where children can express freely without fear. This in itself is no mean task.
We follow an elaborate recruitment process to find people with passion for teaching, love for working with children and openness to learning. These teachers undergo constant training in new and innovative instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
